Endorsement of Dr. Satang Nabaneh’s Nomination to the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACERWC)

The Raise the Young Foundation is pleased to express its strong support for the nomination of Dr. Satang Nabaneh to the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACERWC), as announced by the Government of the Republic of The Gambia.
Dr. Nabaneh is a distinguished human rights expert whose work has consistently advanced the rights of women and the welfare of children across Africa. Her professional career reflects a deep commitment to child protection, youth empowerment, gender equality, and the strengthening of rights-based legal and policy frameworks at national, regional, and continental levels.
