The Raise The Young Foundation (RTYF) is a youth-led organization in The Gambia committed to advancing gender equality, human rights, and the protection of women, girls, and children. It aims to end discrimination and violence while promoting social inclusion and justice. Through its Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) approach, RTYF addresses both structural and individual barriers by fostering community partnerships and promoting diversity awareness. Working nationwide, RTYF empowers youth and women, strengthens social cohesion, and collaborates with governments and international partners to drive lasting, sustainable social change.
