Empowering Young Women to Lead, Thrive, and Create Change
The Girls Summer Bantaba is an empowering leadership and personal development program for young women aged 16–25. Organized by Raise The Young Foundation (RTYF), the program provides a safe and inclusive space where participants can learn, connect, and grow while building the skills needed to become confident leaders and changemakers in their communities.
Through engaging workshops, mentorship, discussions, and interactive activities, participants will explore key issues affecting young women, including:
• Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) Prevention and Awareness
• Leadership and Personal Development
• Menstrual Hygiene Management and Health Education
• Climate Action and Environmental Sustainability
• Self-Esteem, Confidence, and Life Skills
• Networking and Community Engagement
